Currently, we are looking for an Office Manager to join our team. We need a person who will make our office life more comfortable and happier, will always care about all employees and their wishes, will change our office in the best way.
- responsible for cleanliness in the office and repair of the office furniture and equipment;
- support and organization of the office life (ordering products, water, stationery, etc);
- organize the purchase and delivery of furniture and products;
- supervise and maintain office equipment and supplies;
- maintain an inventory count.
- help in ordering all needed materials for corporate parties, team buildings, and so one;
- arranging a working place for a new employee and ordering all required equipment for it;
- managing an office budget.
- booking transport tickets and accommodation for the team.
- ordering of computer hardware;
- preparing of the computer environment for work - installation of an operating system;
- maintenance of computer equipment - organization of repair works;
- inventory conducting.
Ideal job profile
- office management experience;
- excellent computer skills;
- supply management experience;
- excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- knowledge of Google Suite (Google mail, Google Doc, Google Sheet, Google Form);
- personal time management, good planning & organizational skills;
- responsible, proactive, positive-minded, problem-solving attitude;
- ability to think and react quickly in unpredictable situations;
Would be a plus
- experience in preparing of corporate events;
- experience in technical support;
- good English skills.
