Account Manager

Are you passionate about communication and building business relationships? Well, you have a great opportunity to become a key player in a fast-growing IT outsourcing company by handling most processes directly with the company's customers. As our account management department is growing, you can become a part of it and implement new practices in account management activities.

Responsibilities:
  • build strong long-term relationships with existing customers/partners
  • maintain relationships with customers and partners to meet all the business needs
  • provide timely, professional support via online conference calls, email, or other channels
  • provide regular updates, daily plans, and requested reports to the CEO
  • manage and keep track of all the legal, financial, and other agreements with ElifTech’s clients
  • upsell new services to the existing ElfiTech’s clients and cross-sell complementary services
  • develop and execute account management strategies for ElifTech’s accounts  
  • provide support in identifying and implementing account management practices
Ideal job profile:
  • proven account management or another relevant experience (PM, BDM, Sales Manager)
  • understanding of website development, marketing, measurement and analytics, content management, digital marketing, and Internet technology
  • fluent English (both spoken and written)
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • multitasking skills
  • a desire to learn and progress
  • proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details
  • natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity
Soft Skills:
  • excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
