Full-Stack JS Support Engineer

About the project:

Our client is a fast-growing U.S.-based financial company that provides an innovative cutting-edge solution to help schools manage expenditures, reimbursements, and transactions. Their solution is in use in thousands of schools across the USA. Currently, the company is increasing its presence and expands its team. 

Our task is to develop and 'inculcate' the update of a new version of a product that supports millions of users and includes such features as support of the card subscription, online transactions, the model of safety, integration with online stores, and others.

Responsibilities:
  • manage the CS Kanban board, handle incoming requests
  • work with the product customer support team in chat, via emails, and tickets
  • develop features for the admin management portal
  • work with MongoDB database
  • work with the Dev team on possible bug fixes, customer support tickets automation
  • update customer support knowledge base in Jira Confluence 
Ideal job profile:
  • MongoDB experience (mandatory)
  • expertise with Node.js and application debugging tools
  • CSS/HTML knowledge
  • experience with CS Kanban
  • experience with basic Linux command line interface and utilities
  • familiarity with React will be a plus
  • client-oriented, initiative, and responsible personality
  • ready to work at the USA local time (8 a.m. - 4 p.m. EDT (UTC -4) )
  • Internet availability during working time (mandatory)
  • 4+ years of experience
  • upper-intermediate English level or higher
