Business Development Manager

ElifTech is looking for IT Sales Manager to join our young, fast growing and ambitious company.


Responsibilities:

  • following the Biz. Dev strategy of the company; 
  • active IT sales in international markets;
  • lead generation through online research and/or personal networking;
  • communication with customers, active participation in full sales cycle;
  • identification of clients' business needs in software products and services;
  • drafting of business proposals;
  • building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relations by partnering with them and understanding their needs;
  • negotiations with international clients;
  • active use of CRM system.

Ideal job profile:

  1. advanced spoken and written English;
  2. experience in selling IT outsourcing services 1+ year;
  3. experience in direct B2B sales, business development and selling services at C-level is a must;
  4. residency in an English speaking country for 1+ year will be an advantage;
  5. excellent organizational and interpersonal skills;
  6. ability to attain targets;
  7. relationship building and cooperation skills, analytical, planning and organizing skills, creativity, problem-solving skills;
  8. common sense;
  9. enthusiasm;
  10. ability to work under pressure;
  11. personal effectiveness/self-discipline.
