We invite a proactive, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented person to join our ElifTech SDR team!

Responsibilities

  • finding opportunities through research, social media, and events monitoring;
  • cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-ups;
  • identifying client’s needs and suggesting appropriate services;
  • organizing intro calls with potential clients;
  • work with the Sales Team to develop and grow the sales pipeline;
  • working with CRM.

Ideal Candidate’s

  • great communication and research skills;
  • C1 English level;
  • passion for relationship-building and problem-solving;
  • understanding of software development process and IT service business;
  • ability to learn fast and prioritize tasks.

Will be a big advantage:

  • experience in the IT industry ( Account Manager, PM, Customer Support, Recruiting);
  • experience working with EU or US clients;
  • active LinkedIn user;
  • experienced in Pipedrive or similar CRMs.
