Currently, we are looking for an Office Manager to join our team.
We need a person who will make our office life easier and happier; who will always take care of all our employees and their wishes and who can change our office in the best way.
- responsible for cleanliness in the office and repair of office furniture and technics
- support and organization of office life ( ordering products, water, stationery, and other)
- organize the purchase and delivery of furniture and products
- monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
- payment of rent
- payment for the Internet and utilities
Organization of internal and external events:
- help in ordering all the needed products for a corporate party, team buildings, etc.
- arranging a working place for a new employee and ordering all the needed things for it
- office budget management
- paying for English lessons
Organization of business trips (internal and external):
- booking transport and accommodation
Technical support (will be a plus if you are ready to work with):
- ordering computer equipment
- preparing computer equipment for work — installation of an operating system
- maintenance of computer equipment — organization of repair works
- office management experience
- excellent computer skills
- supply management experience
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- knowledge of Google Suite (Google Mail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Forms)
- personal time management, good planning & organizational skills
- responsible, proactive, positive-minded, with problem-solving attitude
- ability to think and react quickly in unpredictable situations
- experience with the organization of corporate events will be a plus
- good knowledge of English will be a plus
