• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and forecasting.
• Analyze financial data, trends, and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation.
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage budgeting processes, including variance analysis and budget forecasting.
• Oversee cash flow management, capital allocation, and investment strategies.
• Lead financial audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and drive operational efficiency.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and economic factors influencing financial performance.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• Proven experience, at least 4 years in financial analysis, planning, and management, preferably IT.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and generate actionable insights.
• At least intermediate English level.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information clearly and effectively.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and financial software (e.g., Google Docs/Excel).
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
