Senior Account Manager

  • About the Project

    We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to build and maintain trusted relationships with our enterprise clients. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to your accounts—deeply understanding their business needs and proactively identifying opportunities for growth. Your primary focus will be account development, upselling, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

  • Responsibilities

    • Build and nurture long-term, trusted relationships with enterprise-level clients.
    • Understand clients’ business goals, tech ecosystems, and growth strategies to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
    • Drive account expansion by proposing relevant IT services and solutions aligned with client needs.
    • Monitor account health, client satisfaction, and delivery performance; address and resolve any issues or escalations.
    • Lead regular business reviews to evaluate performance, align on strategic objectives, and explore new initiatives.
    • Own revenue targets for your accounts and take full accountability for commercial planning and upsell strategies.
  • Ideal Candidate

    • 5+ years of experience in Account Management within the IT industry, working with enterprise clients.
    • Proven track record of growing enterprise accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Solid business acumen with the ability to link IT solutions to client ROI and strategic goals.
    • Experience managing multi-stakeholder relationships across departments and time zones.
    • Proactive, independent, and comfortable working cross-functionally.
