Product Manager (ITFin)

We are seeking a Product Manager with a strong product mindset, a data-driven approach, and hands-on experience in building and launching digital products. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is ready to lead the product development process from strategy to execution. ITFin is a Ukrainian company offering an all-in-one platform designed specifically for IT companies. Our system streamlines project management, finance, HR, recruiting, and analytics processes, providing a customizable and automated solution to enhance operational efficiency. With over 150 integrations and a growing international client base, we are expanding globally and looking for passionate individuals to join our team.

• Contribute to shaping and executing the overall product development strategy;
• Support and lead the global launch of our product;
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, plan sprints, and ensure timely delivery of features;
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable product requirements;
• Work closely with design and engineering teams to improve product functionality;
• Use product data and analytics to validate ideas, test hypotheses, and drive decision-making;
• Act as the voice of the user and ensure we deliver real value.

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, ideally in B2B SaaS;
• Hands-on experience with web and product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, PostHog);
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher;
• Self-starter mindset with the confidence to work independently and take full ownership of tasks and projects.
