Design visually appealing, user-friendly, and engaging interfaces for web and mobile applications Collaborate with product managers, frontend developers, and stakeholders Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas to the team and stakeholders effectively Conduct user research and usability testing and incorporate feedback to improve the design and overall user experience continuously Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and tools to ensure our applications remain competitive in the market Demonstrate ownership and entrepreneurial qualities in the projects you work on, with a focus on simplicity and quality in all aspects of your work

3 years of proven experience in UI/UX design, preferably for web and mobile applications in the US market Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills, creativity, and problem-solving ability Experience with Webflow Proficiency in Figma Solid understanding of user-centred design, responsive design, and accessibility best practices Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in an agile environment Flexibility, open mindset, and ability to iterate quickly Upper-intermediate or higher level of English
