Middle Account Manager

  • About the Project

    We are looking for a Middle Account Manager to build and develop long-term relationships with mid-size and growing client accounts, ensure smooth delivery, and contribute to revenue growth.

  • Responsibilities

    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients;
    • Identify client needs and support upsell and cross-sell initiatives;
    • Ensure smooth service delivery in close cooperation with engineering teams.
    • Monitor account health, client satisfaction, and operational performance;
    • Proactively identify risks and escalate them when necessary;
    • Conduct regular check-ins and performance review meetings with clients.
    • Support commercial discussions and contract renewal processes;
    • Contribute to revenue growth through account development initiatives.
  • Ideal Candidate

    • 2+ years of experience in Account Management or a related role;
    • Proven experience in managing commercial conversations and supporting upsell initiatives;
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills;
    • Ability to understand client business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requests for delivery teams;
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams (delivery, finance, recruitment);
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a client-oriented mindset;
    • English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
