We had a few templates for email responses; over time, we would add templates for responding to messages from other channels.
Let's analyze the interface on the template called Email Template with Interests.
On this template, the manager could enter the following fields:
- Email - the original email from the prospect, which should include all the necessary basic information;
- Interests - a field in which the manager entered areas that might be of interest to the client;
- Additional info - additional information at the manager's discretion.
We had the following settings for the model itself:
- Creativity level - corresponds to the risk level of the model. How much do we want to get a unique answer or a solid static answer conditionally;
- Max number of tokens - the maximum number of words in this answer;
- A number of examples - the number of proposed answer options from which the manager can choose.
After filling in the fields, the data is overlaid on a hidden Template that can and should be improved depending on analytics and tested regardless of the manager's actions. As a result, we get a ready-made text for any GPT 3 AI text generator.
After processing, we receive the desired number of responses for the manager. As it is present in the image below, the manager can copy this answer immediately or ask to change/improve the answer.
A completely different model is responsible for changing the answer. However, in this step, the manager can change only the level of creativity.
